How long will it take to ship my order?

Alice in LaLaLand pieces, whether it be luxury headbands, hats, or bracelets - are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping with an order over USD $200 in the United States. Priority Mail United States Postal service, which typically takes 1-5 business days, but in some cases can take up to 10 business days.

In addition to our free USPS service, we offer rush delivery Priority Mail Express United States Postal service with additional shipping charges of $25.

 

We also offer free shipping worldwide with an order over USD $200 outside of the United States. Customs fees are always possible when shipping to a different country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you have questions related to customs’ charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We at Alice in LaLaLand are obsessed with modern luxury head and jeweled accessories, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We stand by our products and want you to know that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will come up with a solution! 

– Due to sanitary reasons, all merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise at info@alicelalaland.com.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale items are not returnable. They are final sale.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automatic email with your tracking details. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking email and it is after the time frame for processing your order, please send a message to info@alicelalaland.com.

What’s the best way to care for my headband or hat?

All Alice in LaLaLand accessories are hand-crafted and must be handled with the same care with which they were created. Keep your accessories away from humidity, oils, alcohol and hair sprays, as these products will tarnish the crystals, leathers, and fabrics we use to create our products. Spot clean gently with water if necessary. When not in use keep your accessory in the box it came in.
